Half way through!!! and 79 days to go till I cruise to freedom!!!


Hello Internet World,
I hope everyone is having a great day. I did it was cold and well I wasn't really busy today . but hmmm I did eat a bit. I didn't drink as much water as I should well gosh that's all folks just kidding. I am trying to re focus my food I know it seems like I say that a lot but gosh my girl yesterday broke it down thanks Alicia I think you help so many people. I also realize that in the this month I have inspired 4 people to either do the workout buy the program get involved with p90x and insanity and beachbody community cause all of you are so freaking awesome and well I am not a coach so I am not in it to sell anything but I felt great. Its the small things that make a person smile.
So I have been working out with my neighbor what a good friend or at least he is been acting so good to me listening to me talk about guys and workouts and life and protein shakes lol but I wont lie that has me even more motivated now I am so ready for round 2. I will have 30 days of torture oh I cant wait!!!
I do think in the mean time I am going to take a break from the double workouts I might add a butt workout or two but the food intake I am not reaching and at least if I can go back to what works which before I went on my last cruise I did my 60 day challenge and lost 18lbs I would like to do that again. good thing is though I only have 33 days of insanity as of right now which if you take 33-79 that will leave me yes you guess it 46 and that is half of a p90x program so why not do best of both worlds really focus hard on the rest of this insanity and then focus super hard p90x =)
I guess that's it, not much to focus on except food so I am going to really go hard at eating exact and trying to burn as much fat as possible here is my fridge its ready and btw there are some pics of breakfast and dinner and I have been on a huge seafood kick so every night I have had fish it seems like mhmmm yummy and we cant wait couple more days and Shaun is going to kick my ass!!!!

Recovery Week Literally!! and 81 days to go!!


Hello Internet World,
I hope everyone is having a great night,I am super tired I did 4 workouts today yes you read that right 4!!!! I did Insanity's Core Cardio and Balance along with since no lie after a brutal 7 hours on the mtn and Well Let me tell you I was on a average staying up about lets say 10 second so if you snowboard for 7 hours and push yourself up and doing it again how many push ups do you think I did well let me tell you a freakin lot!!!!! I am so sore but a good sore like I totally feel my arms and back. So today I did 3 of the Brazil butt lift why cause its legs legs legs and light impact on my knees. So I did the high and tight and bum bum and then my sister came over and watched me and my neighbor do the tummy tuck dvd, its really cool he doesn't care about the who dvd set or p90x or anything he works out in the gym and does his pull ups and curls at the house but he has vowed that he wants to every other day for the next 80 days do the ab ripper x and tummy tuck dvd. which is awesome neither one of us want to be loose in the cage haha!
So eating lets get to food calories wise I am right on!!!
Now healthy yes very!!!
but I might have had 3 meals no where near 6 that's for damn sure but I did grub when I did I also drank my recovery shake and protein shakes so I got those and my gallon of water! So hmmm I don't know its like a catch 22 I did good but not good.
So whats next ok so a few detail about my trip.... yay
So I drove what seemed forever but it was so fast the way back super crazy but I got to hang out with my best friends and it was amazing first night my 2000 calories of booze yesss between shots and drinks and then ewwww like 15 bud lights lol playing flip cup yes I got hammered and then next morning before we hit the slopes it was awesome mimosas and 2 shots to get the courage to eat the mtn for hours lol. But after having the best weekend ever I am so happy and refreshed and thank god back to my old self. I felt like I needed to be around people who love me and you know who will always be there even when people come in and out and I just oh lord it was amazing if you all could have been a fly on the wall we even brought the stretching and things moves from tony to loosen us up for the mtn thanks p90x lol we were very entertaining do that stuff drunk and tipsy lol. But again back at it now its grind time 81 days and I will be headed to paradise!!!! Good night everyone keep bringing it and again thank god for recovery weeks!!!

Sore as ever!!! Day 3 of Hybrid

Hello Internet world,
I hope everyone had a great day. It snowed here in Nashville so it was another easy day of staying inside and being productive for me. I was so sore today it helped. I felt like I couldn't move. I even told my best friend at times the more I sat down then stiffer I was getting. So right now I must say My arms it feels like a workout just typing they hurt so bad so today is going to be more pictures then words lol.
Will say this I didn't eat as much again I think I was under 2000 calories again I had maybe 4 out 6 meals. but I did for the record take a 2 1/2 hour power nap I needed it. Haven't slept well the last 2 days. So anyways I am excited 2 things got to drink my first recovery drink of this round and I got Watermelon!!! your like what watermelon what ... lol but if you read my previous blogs I LOVE WATERMELON!!! it so helped me lose weight its like so tasty and low in calories taste sweet yet again its mostly water and a guilt free 100 calories so and these were so cute since it is out of season. Kroger had them 2 for 5 so I bought 1 which will last me the whole week I will buy another I am sure by sun ;) my dog loved it she thought it was a new toy a ball for her lol
but there are some pics of my little melon and me cutting it up for the week. Also a pic of my tasty dinner which I made peanut curry chicken with asparagus black beans and a spinach salad mhmmmm.
I also had some super cool pics on face book of all the calories I burned. I am still short one work out a 30 mins cardio workout from the Brazil butt lift but I think If I move another muscle I might break one!!! for shizzel lol

cardio cardio cardio!!!

I hope everyone had a great day. Today fit my mood perfectly blue and with the rain it was just a perfect day a down day for me. As in my world another one bites the dust. I don't want to go into detail but I just don't seem to know what I have done wrong. But I do know today I did two things wrong I didn't eat enough and I was to tired and skipped out on 1 of the 3 cardio dvd's ...do you blame me yeah I had Pure cardio, P90x Plyometrics and Cardio axe and to top the cake the 20 min tummy tuck dvd. So today I slacked a bit not really but I already failed day 2 I already failed shit I suck! But hey I am doing my best and forgetting the rest.
so my day
6:30 woke up coffee
7:00 lipo 6 water
8:00 4 eggwhites 5 strawberries 1 oz of cheese and 1 shake 350 calories
10:00 workout 1 pure cardio/ 723 calories burned
10:50 muscle milk
11:45 workout 2 plyometrics 921 calories burned
1:00 lunch hummus pita spinach salad 400 calories
3:00 lipo 6
6:30 workout 3 tummy tuck dvd 253 calories burned
7:30 Dinner tilapia with saute veggies and black beans 400 calories

9:00 protein shake 110 calories

And soon this girl will be off to bed but I already am hungry again so no lie I might have a small hand full of almonds and also chug this water down since I am so awesome I have drank over a gallon of water today thanks depression! for curbing my hunger not lol I need my food! I will do better tomorrow. oh yeah I almost so forgot guess what I got in the mail today granted it was a little late for my p90x workout but better late then never yes you guessed it The P90x Recovery Formula. it was on sale I couldnt resist lets see If I get any better results or whatever... I will say this it will def help when it comes to calories the crap has like 250 yea but it is all good stuff. But anyways ....

Booty Booty Booty Rockin EveryWhere!!!

How are you I hope everyone has had a better day then I have :) I tell you today I have busted butt literally yup I did 3 workout dvds and each from a different set I was like whatttt crazyness!!! Oh and Food boy I have been stuffing my face what seems like all day. But This works out perfect I felt like I truly burned everything off and for what normally might make me not sleep well is not going to win over the I am so fricken tired and well not sore but I can feel my workouts tomorrow I am going to want to die yup.
So first I stuffed my face today with 2200 calories today that's all I could get in me. I will list it out for you so you can get a idea This is still going to be short since my calorie counter between Plyometric cardio circuit,Chest and shoulders and ab ripper x and Bum bum I couldn't even do the basics and since I didn't realize I skip that 20 mins I was like screw it I'm done! I burned here is the total 2311 calories according to my watch holy fricken crap no wonder I am so tired and feel like I am dying and question can I really do a whole month of this? I still have 5 weeks of insanity and 4 weeks of Brazil butt lift and now 88 days left of p90x. hmmmm well I will say This Thank God I had Drinks with this totally awesome super hott chick Alicia who put these words in my head when your trying to get that last 15-20lbs you have to go EXTREME. and that's so true!!!!!! So this is going to be extreme 3 months for me. Thank God I will have total support from my girls who are busting there behinds with me. I have 20lbs to lose which will put me at 142 and for me at 5"10 that's nice and that will fit in that nice Brazilian bikini I bought yesterday as my goal bikini well that and like 4 others!!! But still I want it bad.
SO lets go with food I did write everything down today. when you have to eat over 2000 calories you have to write it down so Give or take 100 calories that's my leeway I did the best to keep to serving size and follow a routine. Now with work and all I wont always be able to pull a today so I will bust my behind to that day. we are gonna go with the flow.

7:30 WAKE UP
8:00 COFFEE AND LIPO6
8:45 4 EGG WHITES/2 TOAST 5 STRAWBERRIES/1 SERVING SIZE MOZZARELLA CHEESE/400 CALORIES

Now No lie throw calories in there my cups of coffee and things yes those are calories that I am taking in and need to be counted. I try ed to eat right and well now This is the last part of the blog today again I did my first workout with the
Brazil Butt Lift program. Thoughts on it are ........

I think this fast pace dance video I really had a hard time keeping up thank god Its my first time and I can use that excuse. Anyone who knows me knows that when it comes to dancing I got rhythm and I can keep beat. haha today not so much. Maybe it was cause I was giving it my all but yes that fast pace high cardio and what seems to me is like a all legs version of pure cardio which is no breaks for 29mins 50 seconds your ass will take a nice little beating haha or squatting lol I felt like that's all I did up and down up and down and again up and down I do see that this could help. I cant wait to see what the next dvd holds =)

Eating but not Cheating!!! Its true


Hello Internet World,
I am so sorry I haven't been on in the past few days and things got kinda hectic I still for the most part stuck to my workouts I took a rest day Thursday so none till next week sometime. Food did ok I didn't eat as much as I should but still I am feeling great. This blog today I am not going to go through my days I am going to give you the best recipe for a I am not cheating on my diet. WHAT TASTE LIKE JUST LIKE A NUTTY BROWNIE!!! AND GUESS WHAT WE ARE NOT ADDING NO SUGAR NOTHING THAT IS NOT PROTEIN. Best part about this is you can eat it with out the guilt and its healthy and satisfy.

SO Protein Bar Brownies

what you need
* 6 scoops chocolate whey protein
* 1 jar all natural crunchy peanut butter
* 3/4 cups of udi's cranberry granola (gluten free)
* 1 half pint of light cream
* 1/2 cup of almonds

Now mix all that together you gonna laugh how easy this is!!
mix mix mix it all up
ok I use one of my old spinach containers cause it works perfect but if you can buy a pan or Tupperware that is kinda like rectangle. now make sure your hands are wash and then you press mix into containers until all is flat and even and about a half inch thick
you should be able to see from the side.Put in fridge and let sit for 2 hours I serve them cold they are the best! now they taste super amazing with a glass of milk!!!

yes that's it here are a few pictures and if you were to ask anyone who has had my little treats they will tell you not only does it beat your everyday chalky protein bar and if you are like me who loves nuts fruit this is also a great snack and best part it still taste awesome!

Snow Snow And more Snow






Hello Internet World,
I hope that you all are having a great day! Here it is Wed Morning and with the snow falling outside my window and me try to get warm now from freezing my behind off with my little monster. and not to help matters much my heater is on the fritz. Oh to test the waters of my landlord will he be there instantly to fix it I swear if it doesn't die today then tomorrow for sure and its cold here. but I have been building these awesome fires I love a fire.So ok now lets get to the point Tuesday..
I did good I ate clean I had my workouts complete.
6:00 am wake up lipo 6 started my first liter of water and also had a cup of coffee
8:00 am breakfast I had my homemade protein bars I will give recipe and pic on tomorrows blog they have seem to be a real hit with everyone who has try ed them :)
10:00 am work and just try ed to get everything done
11:00 am 2 hard boiled egg whites with half cup of melon
1:00 pm I had a snack I ate one of my spinach salads egg bacon carrots cheese spinach balsamic vinegar
3:00 pm worked out my first workout awesome man pure cardio I kicked ass
4:00 pm muscle milk lite
6:00 pm I had dinner chicken asparagus and black beans
8:00 pm 2nd workout core synergistic boy I gave it 45 % its all I had in me
10:00 pm I was plugged in my charger you humans call it B E D :)

I couldn't hold my eyes open after my shower I sat by my fire for bout 20 mins and if anyone out there is like me you can be hypnotized by the flames by the warmth and the colors . I was out like a light bulb but did it matter hell no.
I drank my gallon of water which means you know I was up every hour on the hour peeing. I wish I could drink the gallon before 6 but no lie it some times take me that last sip before I go to sleep to get it done some days I drink above and beyond gallon. I cant make that set my body wont allow I already mind F*%k it enough to drink 4 bottles of water a day nd yes 4 is not 20 oz bottles those are a cinch its the 1 liter man after 4 you feel like a water balloon sometimes lol.
So anyways I hope that I can keep it up. I am so proud of myself. I hope you all are still pushing play and bringing it and also I hope if your doing the insanity you better be digging deep damnit!!!!! Have a great day stay warm and lets all wear the same thing today a smile believe it or not it will keep you warm ;)

Bring it baby and Dig Deeper!!!



Hello Internet World,
Well I have to say sorry for being so distant. I know I went from writing everyday to ever since this year has started I have only wrote one time! yes that sucks I hate not keeping you guys in the loop of my everyday life and exercises and challenge of staying healthy. This is the 2nd week of round 2 now the first week no lie I wasn't on my game. I could say I was but That Monday I was still groggy from driving back from Charlotte and yes I did workout and I worked out what 5-6 days last week I actually did do 6 I worked out everyday except my birthday. I instead had a cupcake lol and m&ms and here is the kicker was trying to knit. BTW that is not something I have picked up every time I started it looked good till the second row then it turned out looking funny lol. so anyways by the end of the week my world seemed to go from being all about me to I am actually kinda dating someone so almost every night we were together so I had to manage work and working out and still trying to write music good thing is I will be in the studio either this week or weekend yay!!! I love being in there I feel so right where I need to be!!

But anyways here it is Tuesday now and yes I am sore. Monday January 10th I started the day as usual here is my routine
7:30 am wake up drink coffee take my fat burner lipo 6 and water
8:30 am breakfast 2 hard boiled egg whites and 4 strawberries
9:30 am first workout Cardio Power and Resistance (Insanity)
11:00 am muscle milk milkshake
at this point I lose track of food for a bit because I went on search fro rain boots I hate taking my dog out in my runtones or easy tones because they are not waterproof that's for dang sure. and I hate getting them wet it effects my workout.
4:00 pm I take my second dose of lipo 6 and water I am already almost 3 liters of water down now.
5:00 pm I make a stuffed portabella mushroom with spinach and mozzarella stuffed clam
7:00 pm 2nd workout Ok now I wish I could say I went full force but doubles are hard. I already feel loaded with water by this point I had already had a gallon my stomach so I get through most of the legs the back I don't do pull up I do push ups and my arms I feel like insanity is so much cardio my arms just done get as Strong as they did when I was doing the p90x and its super hard for me to do the vup push ups and crap I hate my knees squishing my boobs and blood rushing to my head so I did maybe 60 push ups during the legs and back and I wont lie I didn't even do the ab ripper but its cool. cause tomorrow I am going to to core!!!
8:30 pm I was hungry again :) so I ate chicken breast and asparagus and black beans
10:30 pm at this point no lie passed out I was super tired and needed to go to sleep early because when you drink 5 liters of water well almost 5 I got to the half way point of my bottle you pee like crazy. you get up over and over your sleep is broken never straight through. so Tuesday I am going to do pure cardio and then some core synergestics and man I cant wait till April 23rd I swear my body is so going to be ready for this cruise.
By the way soon I will be giving you my thoughts on the Brazil butt lift. Anyone who has read my blog knows I have been testing and trying to make life changes through beachybody's P90X, INSANITY and now will soon give you my thoughts on leandro blah blahs Brazil butt lift program.
Anyone who knows me will tell you I have a Ass like Woe. I am Colombian I have been doing the p90x and insanity for almost a year and 36lbs I have lost have been from my arms to my bust to my waist and some thighs my calfs look amazing but I am need need need my thighs and ass to tone more its so tough and I really want to try the triangle method he explains cause if he can help my tush omg That would be awesome. my baby belly and and butt the 3 B's.... plus changing it up will help me I hope that when I get done with insanity or since it is a 60 Day program I can at least get into the first 30 days of the butt lift before my cruise. also heads up again yesterday I DID do legs and back with 15lbs weights yesterday. first off they don't sell 12 lbs weights lol I just found that out... but I bought 15lbs weights and used them wow 10 extra pounds maybe that's why my push ups were slacking lol.

2011 Start this year Right!

Hello Internet World,
I hope everyone is having a great year so far haha now that it is the 4th! My first post and like 7 am in the morning... But I woke up at 6:30 and well not tired. I have energy Granted I am not like outside running circles so I guess being lazy. I will start this blog off with my resolutions and then go about food and working resolution for 2011
* Lose the last 25 lb

I only have one because of two reason they say people who make resolution fail at half of them well half of 1 is half lol and even if I lose half of 25 lbs ok lets look at this 12.5 ok lets look at this 163lbs -12.5= 150.5 now remember That sounds like a lot but I am 5"9 an 3 little quarters lol so that's been my goal from the get go. But if I can achieve my resolution which I plan to attack and conquer!!!
I will be somewhere in the 138-140lbs and I will just say this I would be ecstatic even fucking amazed excuse my french but I have never been in my life 140 unless you count when I was 10-12 years I have been 5"9 well my whole life it seems I shot up when I hit puberty and at 12 I looked like I was 20! but thank god with time I have aged and somehow look better then I ever did in middle and high school and for the first time I am not so much smallest on scale but jeans I am smallest since I was a teen. So I hope and pray I can lose the last 25lbs and I know I will lose half because I am doing insanity round 2 and p90x round 3. YAY!!!!

So this morning Monday the 3rd of January 2011 I was finally home in my house. I also totally awake and happy. I drove back 7 hours and some change from Charlotte the day before Sunday so I felt like a rock star getting to sleep in my bed. Love my bed!!!! So Im up with my coffee I also am taking 2 things when I get up with my water and coffee its my acai berry cleanser yes after the holiday food and the cruise and everything I decided to try to flush the toxins out and on top of that its 14 days that's a piece a cake. So anyways I wake up check emails get on facebook search snowboarding gear cant wait in 24 days I see my friends for a weekend at sugar how freaking awesome!! I would like to be 4-5 lbs lighter let me get into my 150 range!!!!!! So that starts inspiring me again anyone who knows me will tell you I don't care to workout I just don't want to get fat again and I know I cant lose the weight sitting on the couch. So I pop in my first workout as you have read I have yet to eat I just drank two cups of coffee. So I go pee of course lol and then go hard core with some Plyometric interval circuit. Wow I forgot how touch that was and for only being 41 mins long My watch said I burned 798. Yes Shaun made me sweat lol. so after I grab the eas protein shakes my mom and I bought from Costco. Its actually pretty good and here is the best part Its 17 g 110 calories and only 2 net carbs yes its kinda carb control but after a workout and for breakfast that was awesome I took in that shake with 3 hard boiled egg whites and that was to start I had a full belly from the water and shake so the egg just topped it off. then from there though I was eating what seemed all day but it was also cause I was cooking and prepping my food for 2 -3 days :) this weeks menu was chicken marinated in garlic hot sauce a lemon garlic and water sauce. and on top of that I left it in the fridge overnight for flavor. I baked it during that time I ate a spinach salad with egg white bacon and carrots and cheese and light balsamic. I ate that 2 x yesterday lol lunch and dinner lol I also made turkey chili and ate that as a snack a little 8oz cup I also was able to feed my neighbor I love when you cook a meal that can feed a army lol he was in the army how funnier lol I CRACK myself up lol. so anyways yes I ate what sounds like a lot but it really wasn't actually and add a apple to the mix too! But basically that was my food workout and resolution will have a better blog tomorrow I am sure today I cant focus on writing much more. but tomorrow will be good. I cant find my camera or anyway to put pictures up. well have great day everyone!
