I hope everyone who is up an moving has a blessed and safe day! I am yes I am bright and bushy tailed and May I just say for the lack of sleep which it was just broken cause I forgot when You drink over a gallon a water in a day shoot especially at night after a workout you will pea all night!!! I do I got up 4 times in like 7 hours and each time I get up my dog is like yay play time your early lol so It takes me 5-10 mins of please stop thena. lol and her head laying on my bed while sitting so awkward staring at me lol. but anyways Let me just say ,I was super proud of myself yesterday Wed Dec 1,2010. It is the first day of my Round 3 of p90x and I love it I am so sore my abs/core are tight when I cough it hurts and I love the way it hurts. I rather hurt this way then have a broken heart or any other emotional pain that comes with life. but anyways Lets start with my day
7am wake up no lie Coffee /Colombian with a splash of coffee mate french vanilla and splenda with lipo 6 and I started chugging water bottle.
9am I worked out yes I missed Tony gosh he is sexy to me seeing him core and after 60 days with Shaun. Tony just hits the attention span spot where I follow him and listen to hi and sometimes repeat himself to myself lol. I know I am weird haha but I burned some calories oh I sure did. I Swear this lipo 6 I haven't taken it in 5 weeks and I tell you what I swear once again a rocket was lit under my ass.
10:45 I drink a ovaltine/ milk drink to kinda recover I need to buy recovery drink but I hate spending 50 bucks on a drink I already bitch about 20 on protein at gnc.
So I also make 1 egg with 4 egg white I also add scallions and tomato's for flavor pic there :)
I also had a Greek yogurt.
12PM APPLE
2pm Ok so here let me just say I am already 60 oz into my gallon I drink a lot which is what keeps me from being hungry and its not a good thing :(

I suggest get choco flavor because anything in the world taste better then the ass and apple crap I am chugging down the greencrap is nasty I almost puke every time I drink it. seriously I have to hold my breath and chug it down if I stop and breath It might come up.... so that's my advice
5pm I am starving no lie but I forget to eat and I didnt want to mess up my workout routine so I talk to my bff and grab 26 almonds that is a serving size people yes count it out!!!!
5:45pm workout and no lie I barley made it through I my abs were already getting sore from core and Shaun didn't help so i gave plyo maybe 60 %effort I will give the max recovery 100% today!!!I swear!
7PM SHOWER AND MAKE DINNER
Swordfish /black beans /salad
Now I would have a picture but couldn't find my camera and honestly I saw food and couldn't hold off to look for camera I was hungry!!!!
9 pm I eat 13 mini rice cakes with a glass of milk serving size is 113 calories and fixes sweet tooth.
11pm bed
I have no life lol btw pic up top of my 3-4 days fruit apples mangos and avacados yummy.
So anyways today I had cardio and then max recovery tonight but I think I am going to switch it cause max is more intense and so I also think cardio x is for some reason a easy workout by the time I am done stretching lol yoga part I only have like 20 mins to go woot woot.
