I hope everyone is having a great day thus far..... I am happy alive breathing and so sore its not even funny!! Yes I guess when you take a broken 2 weeks off and then come back at it as hard as I am you feel torn apart. I my abs omg I swear my whole core area wow its so sore that I Pushed and did awesome burned 700 calories during max recovery but ok this is where I already started messing up so I keep hearing form the word form and I can tell you last night trying to do cardio x I got through 16 mins no lie close to 17. My form sucked my keeping my core tight was killing me its so tight and in pain errr. So I gave in and didn't finish decided to rest instead :( . Wish I didn't feel so guilt about it. But I really want to give it my all. The first 2 rounds I was still struggling with food now that I pretty much have all out cut the sodas, the shit food, and finally learned proportions I do think I will be getting more out on p90x plus drinking over a gallon a water a day will do it I have done great at that the last 2 days drinking water water water. so my routine again in a nutshell
7 am wake up coffee and lipo 6 and 20 oz of water
9:32 am start workout Max recovery which really made me sore.
10:20 breakfast eggs again with tomato and scallions and vanilla Greek yogurt.(strawberry taste better)
12pm between water and now some tuna and chips yes I was already hungry again after breakfast.
4pm I finally take my second lipo 6 . and drink more water
5:30 pm make some dinner once again swordfish black beans and asparagus along with a salad. Big dinner cause I either skipped a meal or was just super starving but here are some pics :)
8pm try to do my second work out 16 mins in and 134 calories burned I throw in the towel. call it a night
8:20 drink a muscle milk and ya hand full of almonds I will say serving size 26 sounds about right.
12 I went to sleep.
Now I have got to work more on food not so much what I am eating I got to eat more. but I swear it is so hard. But anyways today I got some chest shoulders ab ripper x which lord I ask for the power to push me through these workouts cause I still on top of that have a max cardio condition ahhhhhh. That's over 2 hours of hard working out. pray for me lol but I cant wait to get my body right and I really am excited I will be hoping to have lost the last bit of weight or even sizes this round and goal is to say 60 lbs gone in one year =) yes goal right now is 10lbs this month but really its 25 in 90days the last 25 to go.
I will be happy if I Can just lose 20 lol but tony your the man and I can do this and so can you just press play!! Have a great day everyone!
