Hello Internet World,
Hope everyone has had a great day its Wed.A blessing to be alive and be healthy and fit and enjoy the beautiful day. Well I am going to write this kind old fashion way when I first started this blog.I feel it gives you a bit of times and it helps me eat better. Granted I kinda ate better then I have but you know its really hard to eat a whole lot.
8:30 am I woke up that is late for me I just couldn't get motivated though and also had a late workout last night. So anyways Instead of Green tea I drink some Coffee.
Now I add crap so I use fat free creamer french vanilla mmm yummy with 1 splenda and a splash of skim milk. and I take my 2 lipo 6 your allowed to be on it for 8 weeks so I have 3 and 4 days left.
I start working on a spread sheet for work and I drink my coffee kind prepare myself to workout. I am telling you I love it but hate it! So I instead grab a whole grain muffin with bananas and blueberries and almonds yea I made those lol. so I sit for a while longer talk to my bestie I love her Just even when we check in on each other makes my day! So I keep working till about 10:15 then I decide commit dig push push harder lol yea Sounds Dirty uh get your mind out the gutter that's what Shaun T says as the sweat drips down my forehead as I bust my ass. I do Pure Cardio instead of doing cardio abs though I hold off I know I will be doing some legs and back tonight along with some ab ripper. I am serious right now I want to try as hard as possible to tone my abs and my lower tummy the baby belly before emy cruise and I only have 24 days left and Yes I am pushing myself.
So after my workout I do fuel my body because my one little muffin before the workout was only 150 calories and was nothing special so I make grab one more muffin they are so good lol and then Greek yogart and some cantaloupe and 1 homemade protein bars.Yes I grubbed but other then water I don't eat again till around 7 something.
I messed up there but I did take a nap so that was nice. So anyways I woke up and well let me say this I have a friend who put me on Jamie Eason she is a fitness model and I love her body. I doubt I will ever be able to look like that but I do love it and will strive for it I guess. But one day on her photos I saw spaghetti squash and I was like hmmm I am slowly starting to like sweet potatoes and zuchinini and yellow squash so I decide what the hell lets try it my sister is my taste dummy.
So I make it and well I instantly am like ok this wont do not plain hell no.
So I act like wolfgangpuck up in the kitchen as I am taking the for pulling the squash I throw some spinach tomato red onions corn garlic olive oil and yes that shit became the bomb digity omg I mean my sister who is so weird and hates squash loved it too!!!!and made it with some yellow fin tuna and some miso soup and here is the deal we all may not be so lucky but if not you can make it.
I have a place I can go buy miso soup already made the restaurant is located 2 miles down the road so I pay 3 bucks and have it already made. so I just had to sear the Tuna and create emy amazing spaghetti squash dream.(haha the new name) There is a picture.
So I let my food digest and I type up this blog and again I start to prepare myself as I watch a couple episodes of weeds I get ready to push myself through legs and back and ab ripper. basically thats my problem areas my arms look great my calves look amazing I just have the top inside and outside my thighs to lose and the belly and I wont lie the water is def a secret to losing weight, I have seen more results ever since I told myself I will drink 1 gallon of water a day at least and I will say even when I dont make the full gallon I make most it I am usully off by like 10 oz or less I really can see fat shedding off my body and the water the insanity whatever it is I see it!
So here I after my workout and gave legs everything I have and I do pushup instead of pull ups so I gave that like 50 percent maybe did half but ab ripper I am gave it 100 percent. I still have trouble getting to 25 reps on every move. but after the workout I grab some grapes and melon mhmmm yummy and I also think I forgot to mention it but I am trying this cheap little 15.00 bottle of acai berry cleanse suppose to help cleanse and flat the tummy I figure why not So I drink my last bottle of water for the night which today I drank like 11 bottles of water way over a gallon. Well cant wait to weight in this sat I think this is going to be a good weightloss week :)
