Well Hello Internet World,
Today Has been a good day even though it was a rainy cloudy day with a mix of sunshine. So lets see I am kinda don't know what to really write yesterday had a great workout today was dragging butt. But by the time I write this I will be motivated enough to take a break do cardio Resistance and I am going to try to aim for ab ripper x but I am no lie super tired. Went to bed last night with a lot on my mind it made me sleep bad. So anyways I wake up this morning
7:30 am made a cup of coffee but wasn't meant for me to drink it the dog was determined to trip me up at that point I was like water and lipo 6 and acai berry cleanse here is a pic if you want to try it I have done well about 3 lbs in what 3-4 days. so that's cool.
well from there got busy my sister is sick so I was trying to get out of the house but no lie I have spent some time in my bathroom with that flush so I finally get to the bank cause the other day the atm ate my debit card. damn machines
So no breakfast I do really bad I do grab a protein shake while IMO on the road. so a muscle milk helps curb my hunger. That was sometime around 12:30 and I swear I am not being good to myself I think its like 3:15 when I get my first meal in that's was a tuna sandwich on double fiber natures own bread. and some kettle cooked jalapenos flavored chips mhmm yummy.
that rocks well from there I am lazy maybe because lack of sleep or lack of food cause I was starving what seemed 30 mins later after I ate. so I want to say it was
4pm I just took a nap and relaxed waked up at 6:30 or around there and started cooking I wanted to work out I just didn't have it in me yet not enough energy. And through out this day I forgot to take my second set of lipo 6 tisk tisk . It doesn't work if I don't take it right. I have to keep telling myself that.
8:35 pm So tonight for dinner is a repeat of the other night nothing new just rosemary garlic baked chicken with red potato's and apargus and a slice of hearty whole grain petite loaf and just a spoon of black beans but in reality was to full never got to it I wasted it :( but anyways lets see I am right now digesting my food I really need to get mentally prepared I have to workout and I am still tired I don't sleep so good I had to pee a whole lot so I feel like I never get to that nice deep sleep I used to get. well now that im pumped sweaty I am drinking my water catching my breath good night yall! dream sweet
