Hello Internet World,
I hope everyone has had a awesome week so far! I am super excited yet still bummed. 1rst vacation is in 9 days whohoo yay I cant wait I am so ready to leave this land and put my boat legs on! yes the walbbaling I will be doing from being drunk and the boat moving and oh the gambling I will do. ask anyone who has gone on a cruise with me you find my ass at the blackjack table drunk half the time losing but I don't give what!!! lol I LOVE IT the people you meet when you lose and the people you meet when your winning and the dealers who I always sit at the hot guys table or the banging chic cause either way I get eye candy lol why hot guys go sit with hot chic dealers and I well if I have a hot dealer guy well Eye candy straight ahead lol. plus I also cant wait to be drunk yes drunk and this year we are taking the beer pong float. During the summer one of my neighbors she was so cool she brought this float and her and her awesome roommate we would play and get hammered at the pool with the amazing floating beer pong table that you can take anywhere my plan is not only late night after party in Melissa's room but shit when I am at the grand caymans I am so taking this to the beach I will never travel with out it!
But lets go back to basics
A. I have been eating ok other the last week when company game in town and I ate like every carb on the planet I have done very well this week.
B. I have been doing cardio core and balance and wow I love it but hate this one!
It is easy yet hard slow but fast its recovery and doesn't really feel like recovery but I have noticed every time I do this workout 3 days so far my calories burned have decreased so I am slowly either recovering or its not taking as much energy with each day. 724 mon , 701 tues, 668 wed, so I will tell you what today's calories burned in tomorrows blog.
C. I have weighed myself and as I wish I could say I am so close I am not yet I have lost weight I am at 173 which is so far means I have not made my goal at least to be 20lbs lighter before cruise and I doubt I will lose it in 10 days. But even so I will say this I am very proud to even lose 10 and if I can just maybe drop a few extra pounds like say 3 I would still be very happy. I have worked very hard and I can see a huge difference in not just my body but my attitude. and I love every sweat drenching workout and every morning when I wake up I enjoy looking in the mirror looking for the changes.
So next topic....
MAX WORKOUTS
Not including today I have 3 workouts till I start phase 2 which is Max interval and Max plyo and max cardio conditioning.
I am so scared I wont lie day 1 I remember being like Tony you Fucker You lied After doing plyometric x for 160 days I thought I was getting in shape hell no!!!
I remember doing the first workout for insanity and feeling like I was going to die and realize that I was not in shape not even close until I can jump up and down with shaun and That group you are no where in shape. My lungs were not as strong I feel like my heart has even got stronger too does that even make since. I have been building serious endurance I also now can do plyo x like its a cake walk!
So I watched last night max plyo and I think I am going to die again it looks so freaking hard it is not funny some of the new moves and I almost cant imagine my heart being at 90% for 41 mins out of 55. and at the same time I am super excited. well I hope everyone has a great day! I am about to go do some work and then work out.
