I know I have done so bad with so many things. It has been so busy and since time is running out and I am not close to my goal I am under some serious pressure. You would think by now to I would be losing serious weight because I have been struggling eating but drinking a ton of water and doing at least one workout a day.
I have been failing at the doing my doubles. I don't know why I want the hot body just not enough time in the day I guess so I cheat and that's not cool either let me give you a run down of my Monday since my weekend I didn't really eat a whole lot or do much except 1 workout and those were the insanity DVDs.
This morning I wake up super early its like 6:30 I get up I forget yesterday to go to gnc and get my second bottle of lipo 6 so I'm like crap well let me just drink my green tea which I do and that's about it I don't eat again till 2 yea I know I am being bad.I need the food but damn it so I get home to and again so much on my plate I couldn't even workout right away I go to the bank, stop by the grocery store to pick up dinner which omg now that was amazing. so I will say the only thing I have done which might be whats making me not hungry but by 2 I am already half a gallon down of water and that's keeping me full so I gotta force food down.but by dinner I am so ready so lunch by the way I had some shrimp green beans mushrooms and hard boiled egg white.
but dinner man oh man I love swordfish it is like steak but without the fat and well fish taste but its thick its like hearty I love it!
So tonight's dinner is baked swordfish season with lemon pepper and garnished with a white wine scallion rosemary sauce yummy!!!!
So recipe is
I used .8 of a lb that's 4oz each and I feed my sister so it works if your feeding hubby or well if its a kid tell them its chicken and hope they cant tell. I did that with my little guy it worked a few times hehe cant help but laugh out loud when I remember the response I got. Lol (mom I don't know how you messed up chicken but you did lol) I finally told him it was fish he hasn't ate it since lol. but just add some lemon pepper seasoning and bake in oven for 25 mins.
to make the wine sauce just add wine sliced and diced scallions 1 teaspoon of minced garlic and let that saute then once most of wine has evaporated cause you should have on med high then add a tad bit I eye ball i am not sure of cream not to much though and then a pinch of rosemary let it boil a bit then remove and top over your swordfish
during that time boil some whole grain rice, I also made some black bean salsa so I had about 8 little chips with a a spoon of that and to top it off some squash and zucchini. yes it all was about 550 calories yumyum. so after I eat this amazing meal I let it digest watch some tv. I love my netflix! I type this up and half watch weeds. I am just starting to get into it. not really cause I type this up and mentally prepare myself. Goal would be to do insanity then push myself to do legs and back and ab ripper x. What will get done lol see I failed and will admit it. I will do my insanity workout and then I am going to cheat legs and back tonight and do just the Ab ripper I really want my stomach to look good on the cruise and what sucks but is great that catch 22 is I only have 27 days and 16lbs to go yea sucks I am not thrilled right now with my body errr scales suck! but anyways its been over a hour I am ready to do this time to move it to my ipod tunes and Shaun t his hot body hmmmm yumyum lol
now if I could find a guy who was a tall dark hair blue eyes and body like Shaun t I promise I would treat him oh so well!!!! lol
but until then I am going to look at him and listen to my clow F*7k you. yea Love that song I am xbox he a atari And the way I play my game ain't fair I bet your fool lol I LOVE IT makes me want to jump around for 4 mins at least lol then listen to usher yeah! keep the bpm's up and my heart rate too!
