Day 16 Hard to keep count Lol




Hello internet world,
Well today is going to be short and sweet I was really excited today was the first time I ever have shown p90x before and after pictures and well they are not really after cause I am not done yet. So above you see 2 pictures worst part is that picture on the bottom is not even day 1 that was day 60 into p90x. I was so fat and ugly and depressed taking the pictures bout made me cry. I was dying for a change and thank god I found this great group of people to work with a great business to buy from and a great program the if you do it give it your all you will see results.
Now lets recap
I started March 2010 I was bouncing back and fourth on the scale at 197-200lbs its just a start but todays top picture is me down 23 pounds and toned. now I look at the scale a lot but not to really pick away the pounds cause again losing weight is not easy it depends a lot on your body type. If you have had children, what you put in your mouth normally. this is my journey
Month 1 p90x 1 workout a day was eating healthy with 1 cheat week
Month 2 p90x doubles I had so much energy and well time too wasnt working as much
Month 3 p90x singles again work out once a day ate right ending lost 15lbs and like 11-12 inches.
Month 4 p90x started doubles again this time eating more healthy no coke cola no cheat at all
Month 5 p90x still doubles and still eating healthy
Month 6 p90x and now insanity I do one insanity workout and now p90x is a extra workout if I have any left in me or on recovery days I do p90x workouts.
total lost so far as of today 23.6 lbs and like almost 25 inches in total.
Now with that being said you might be like wtf the p90x infomorcial says you will have the body you dream on in 90 days. Lets put this out there if you took somewhat care of yourself or have a few vanity pounds hint 15lbs 20lbs it will do wonders for you. I think when you are up there at like where you have to lose 40+ pounds come on people be realistic not everyone has a speedy gonzalas metoblism so dont expect to drop weight overnight. Also you can see amazing results though I wont take from that I have a few friend who again to you get what you give who lost 30 something pounds in 90 days but why and how you ask same as I am doing drink your water people unless its a unsweet tea and again I have to be out to lunch I drink nothing but water. I have ti done to a science how to drink my gallon a day and if you do it weight will just shed off you plus again its eating healthy and you will have to grab the pen and paper not only write down what you eat do the math what goes in what goes out what you burn on a daily base then go back do the math again how much fat how much carbs how much protein.... I dont do all that now. I know by what I see I really dont eat as much as I should I would proablly lose more weight if I was to step eat a bit more but im not hungry and I am not going to force food down my throat I will wait my body will get the point soon.
So again to for every one I am not trying to get to anything crazy I am 5"10 I would guss medium body frame with a goal weight of in Between 140-150 now right now I have a little ways to go but not anything the rest of this year cant fix now I want to make a point that if you do what I did and give it one year. I knew I wasnt going to be skinny overnight shit It took 25 years to get to that heavy un fit junk food junkie chick to make a change but I do believe that with one year of healthy life changes I bet by the time I hit the one year mark Of quitting smoking! which is March first and when I say I have done one full year of this p90x and insanity which is march again I hope to be in the best shape of my life and from there I promise myself to never live unhealthy again life is to short! What did you promise yourself. I also want to finish on this note if you do the one workout a day you will not see the results you see on tv those are the double workouts and some of those have been doing the rounds 5-6 times over the mom with 7 kids did it 4 times the guy who lost 110 poinds he is on round 5 right now abs do not come over night people! be realistic be determined be happy and the rest will come!

Day 15 I love Food Mhmmm

Hello Internet World
I hope everyone had a great day! I sure did It was 6:30 am I woke up I had a dream I was accepting my first song writer of the year award and of course I had to wake up when I go to accept it. But still I smile Cause I can remember some time I cant remember dreams but I did this morning.So anyways I wake up hungry like super starving. Yay my cleanse is over I love food. But you wont believe it. The lipo made it where I wasnt hungry I end up not eating and so I drink a shake at 10 am yikes. But for the record I was full off the water. So anyways last night after working out I was so tired I ended up writting my blog this morning Monday.So thats how I started my morning. I need to get back in the swing of drinking my green tea but I havent been I have been slacking on that. so I drink my water type then somewhere I want to say it was like 8 am I was at the grocery store. I needed laundry detergent and I love Kroger sometime today I got the 32 loads bottle of all or 1.99 I bought 2. I kinda am a nerd . Little detail about me On sunday after church or when ever I have a free min I like to cut coupons. Weird but I have been on my own for so long I always was trying ways to save money and blah blah... So I had 2 for 1.00 off and they were on sale for 2.99 and thats bargain shopping from a mom lol.
So again shake at 10:30 weird by 1 pm I was starving marvin.So I eat garden beans sautee mushrooms 3 hard boiled egg whites and my cheat meat I like imation crab meat.
So I basically go out run some errands oh btw some time during the day I clean my house.I always clean I love it maybe its the only thing in my life I seem to have control of. I hate dishes that is the only thing I hate to clean but thank god we have dish washers. So back to cleaning I love a clean bed dont you? I do. I wash my sheets and pillow cases. I have a king size bed and I may sound a bit anal but I have like 8 pillows and bed skirts and I love my bedroom to look nice. Not that anyone ever seems to go in it but still It makes me feel good that at night the one place I rest my head is nice and clean. thats my room:)


So what else
5pm comes around I have been lazy all day but that stops here is what I told myself and I did my cardio recovery dvd. I cheated myself I should have done it yesterday it is so easy and basically its 30 mins of stretching so why did I do that errr hind sight 2020 I hate that so get it done and again I have to work hard so I tell myself I am going to do some plyo x Time to bring it after burning 503 calories according to my heart rate monitor during insanity its time to really step it up and try to hit 900-1000 calories burning in this workout. But whats more important to me then just working out ...its working out and eating right. So again beauty of newspaper you can find receipes in it :) I love cooking and trying new things so I make the dijion thyme chicken medallions with garlic wine sauce red potatoes and green beans with diced green peppers and dice bacon. oh yea baby and just for extra carbs I add half a serving off the 100 calorie wheat sandwich thin things :) It was amazing and under 500 calories.yeahhhhh
RECEIPE IS
you will need
light cream or reduced fat milk
left over chardonay or any white wine other then riesling its to sweet
and 1 tablespoon of butter or I use smart balance light.


2 chicken breast bout 1lb slice it into medalions
2 tablespoons of grey poupon or any spicy mustard
1 tablespoon of minced garlic add some of the juice
1 tablespoon of Thyme
now in the first a bowl mix the all together and coat chicken medalions in the sauce
Grab a pan add some fat free cooking spray and pan fry the chicken till golden brown.
once golden brown you will add your next sauce
In your second bowl you will mix the 1/4 cup of chardonnay and milk or I used heavy whipping cream just cause I had it in the fridge and skim milk doesnt work well when you heat it up I have learned in the past. and throw if you have a little flour all purpose shake whatever works. only 2 teaspoons of flour nothing much. mix it and add to the chicken the sauce will thicken and then remove from stove serve beside your plain boiled red potatoes and your can or I use the fresh frozen green beans. Beauty of this meal is the sauce from the chicken is great to also spread on the potato almost like gravy but why add extra calories :)






So after I enjoyed this amazing meal which this receipe I give it 2 thumbs up very tasty and it hit the spot. I decided that while I let it digest. I would go ahead and write this . Well I guess from here I am done no lie I wont eat anything else for the night I need to get some snacks in me I dont think I even came close 1200 calories and thats not good when I am burning 1400 in workouts alone not include my regular daily routine activities. So I am going to eat more. I have to You know I might have a protein shake come to think of it I will need some thing to give my muscles after plyo. So yea that should put me there. Now I am pumped and mentally perpared and well between watching the haunting in conneticuit and typing this wow its been a hour 15 mins Yay this is great I know my food is digested I feel pumped and re energized remember food is fuel dont be afraid to grab something to eat just make sure you look at what your putting in your mouth. well Good Night everyone I hope you all Dream Sweet. Day 14 Day 3 cleanse last day Yay!


Hello Internet world.
I hope everyone is about to have a great day. Well I hope that tonight I can get on it but I have been late posting my blog. I normally like to type it after my shower after my last workout its like what I do right before bed. But since I cant eat lol
I try to push myself to go to sleep early. So you would think the not eating thing
would get easier the more days that pass but not true breakfast was a cinch it the rest of the day I was hungry constantly and well if your expecting shakeology to be like a cleanse like colon its not I think I did better cleansing when I did the cabbage soup diet. but anyways wake up same as usual its so funny I think how my body automatically wakes up 7:20-7:30 everyday no need for a alarm clock I guess after waking up for work everyday my body just got so used to it. I also stretch and well wake my butt up lol grab some water and my fat burner. which sucks I have to go buy some more but hey I think its working I guess you have to look at the numbers in 8 weeks see the body changes. I have so far lost 5lbs will go weight in today to see if I lost any weight the last 3 days geeze I hope so I miss food I miss it so much
that I as I write this I think of the grocery list I have to go shopping this am.
So back to yesterday. around 10:30 I drink my first shake. see now the only problem with lipo6 is I am not hungry in the morning so I have to try to force that shake down. I drink water so I feel full . But anyways chug it down and I start moving around. I basically chill I talk on the phone to my Carmen I love you Carmen he has been my best friend for the last 7 years We talk every weekend his cheap ass doesn't like to use mins during the week so we max out on the weekends :)
So anyways run errands my sister left to go back to NC so I was kinda bored. and the house is kinda quiet so I no lie get on facebook for like 2 hours. I also research more weight loss tips and facts and again best way to lose what is now 15lbs in 35 days. I will weight in n Monday and tell you then if I was able to get that extra boost I needed. but I drink my next shake at like 4 o'clock again I took the fat burner lost my hungry feeling well let me tell you 7-8 came I was starving I was having to keep moving from eating and I failed I did do good with the choice I think. I pan fried some squash,zucchini,and green peppers, used the fat free cooking spray a little Mrs.dash I use the kind with no salt. salt makes you retain water and I need to lose as much as I can.
So I also no lie threw in 1.5 oz of pistachios and then 30 mins later my fat ass went for grapes. I was starving I couldn't even workout I just sat here. but I think I did good and will be taking shake in the morning for breakfast and to try to start Monday right but no more after that I will eat food and not worry. I have a bunch of great recipes to try this week and will keep you in the mix Mondays dinner Dijon Thyme Grilled Chicken Breast hmmm. So I pretty much call it a night around 11. I am telling you I hope I lose something cause the thought of going another 3 days no food just that nasty shake oh I hate it yuck and worst is I have another one to do 5 days before the cruise. that's in about 4 weeks from now.

Day 2 of my soul cleanse


Hey Internet Friends,
I hope you have had a great weekend so far. May I just say it been one of the hardest weekends for me. I love food I cant stop saying that I love food. But I am boycotting it. So My shakeology day looks like this its so different from my reg day lol.
I wake up 7:30 and I have pretty much trained myself the last few weeks to wake up and grab a bottle of water and down it with my fat burner lipo6.
I try to drink that first water bottle within the first 20 mins of my morning. Research shows that when you hydrate your body first thing after its sleep (recovery ) time it automatically jumps starts your metobolism which is already at its highest something about the first 2 hours you wake up you have this like super charge fat burning metobolism but then it slows down to the normal rate for you day. Also did you know That if you are like me I like cold water so this worked other wise youwill have to train yourself But just drinking 1 gallon of cold water for 7 days is equal to running/jogging for two hours. thats over 800 calories you burn extra just from Cold Water. it takes your body extra work to heat the water up so if you drink one gallon a day you burn a extra 125 calories a day do the math x7 yea awesome uh. So I down my water I go take the dog out for her morning stroll.
I come in I drink my first shakeology shake at 9am. Shakeology is great I dont feel hungry after I drink a shake. But I also have to chug another bottle of water to get the taste down. I am telling you day 2 and greenberry still taste like ass and apples ehwwwww. So after I feel sloshy like to much water in the belly.
So I just relaxed and watched some tv and then I got motivated to get out again its so pretty outside high was 79 and sunshine. so I decided since I am not taking in the calories I wasnt going to do a p90x workout I dont want to do doubles I do not have the energy for that.
So I got out and went to wash my car for the record good excerise if your not trying to workout. I spray spray spray brushbrush brush vacumme and I love to clean so I really enjoy this I try to detail my car lol and I bust a sweat so after I go home and again another simple excerise take the dog for a walk in the park she is so awesome and loves it my little monster. so I come home and I drink my second shake it was about 1:30 maybe almost 2. I again drink heavy water through out the day I swear I mean I am in and out of the bathroom peaing haha I feel like I have been drinking beer lol. well I sit here and I hear my stomach so I around 3:30I grab some watermelon and green grapes its my sweet snack :) so I sit watch some grey's anatomy and relax nap ect. I wake up its like 7 so I take the dog out again she is still so tired I love my dog she is so awesome. So anyways I drink my last shake its 8 something and again chug it with water the greenberry taste so bad but chugable. I mean I have it to a science 6 seconds not even its gone :) its like a beer bong of healthy goodness lol
So no lie I was going to bail on the workout till my sister came home from work itsz like 10:30 she gt the talking and she needs to drop a few to so we get motivated and yes by 12 at night we are jumping up and down to the plyo cicuit training and we are dying I BURN 728 calories before bed I am like hell yeah!!! I go hop in the shower she finishes packing she was driving home to nc today I had to stay here in tn. But we both go in the kitchen and there I almost slipped hungry after my workout I do the best thing for me I grab my last bottle of water but you know what because I had been out for a bit I had about 25 oz of water left to drink to hit my goal and you know what I didnt make it I got to like 22 oz and the last bit I couldnt take it it in. So I HATED THAT but whatever im passing out will drink a gallon and more tomorrow.

Another Insanity Video

Day 12 : Cleanse the Soul


Hello Internet World,
Its a amazingly beautiful Friday I hope everyone had enjoyed their morning so far. So I as usual wake up with my Green Tea and Lipo 6. But today wont go like everyother. Its so funny How things work. I when I am deperessed or when things dont go my way I have always been a eater. I have friends who get depressed and cant even look at food (wish that was me)but its not so anyways It is very hard for me to try cleanses because I love food. But I am determin to lose a few more lbs. Granted Yester I weighed in and guess what I dropped anoth 2.3 pounds close enough to my goal 2.5 a week. So My shakeology came in the mail and I am excited so Its Perfect its friday a weekend not much to do. So I go into the kitchen grab me my Greenberry shake now I have heard things but never tasted it made it nada. So I just do it the way it says I add 8 oz Of water the packet and shake it up. and well my first thoughts are...... APPLES ASS AND CINNAMINT LOL It smelled good like the naked green boost drink but to bad it doesnt taste the same thats for sure. Well talk about determined I drank 3 in the whole day breakfast lunch and dinner and well I did eat about 2 cups of watermelon through out the day as a snack.
Then I ended up feeling some energy so I went out to the store which if your hungry dont do. I walked around and keep telling myself nope nothing but instead out of all the choices I pick some pistachios. I had to doa workout I needed something to give me some fuel and the watermelon wasnt cutting it so I ate 1.5 oz of pistachios I loved the fact the bag I bought was a perfect single serving :)
That was exactly what I needed. I jump on it and do Insanity (pure cardio) Wohooo
that is a workout none of these dvds are easy. after I finish my gallon of water as I took my shower I started telling myself its bed time its bed time I didnt want to east anything and well because my sister lives with me I have a full fridge. so I get out and pass out. Now let me fill you in about me.
I am 25 years old I moved here to Nashville just a little over a year ago. I lost my grandfather in oct last year and gained 30lbs I not only wanted to lose it but 10 pounds more. so my goal of 40lbs. I have the worst luck in love so that is not even a huge concern I am always the friend to the great guy I would die to be with trust I have had 3 of them already weird I meet the best well put together smart men but boy the werent sent for me lol but anyway I write music and sing. I love it and when I am at home I try to write songs. I also Have done accounting for a large part of my life wow working on like 7 years now doing Bookkeeping and auditing. Now I hope you feel like you know me a little better. Some people may read this and be like wow she has a boring life. I hope every has a great Saturday thanks for stopping by!

Day 11: I got this :)



Hello Internet world
I hope everyone had a great day and hopefully your like me where you are like hell yeah its about to be friday all I have to do is go to sleep. Which I am praying I sleep better then last night. I tell ya what I dont know why but something was on my mind. So I wake up at like 7:15 drink my green tea and lipo 6 and I dont know but wasnt even close to being hungry I did horriable today I had a protein shake at like 10:30 that was right after I got done with my arms and shoulders and then I did eat lunch shrimp and mushrooms and 2 hard boiled eggs that was cool and then from there down hill. I took my lipo6 around 3:30 and drank my water but honestly maybe it was cause I talked to my friend again my hunger gone my ambition to work out gone I just sat around watched greys anatomy which was so awesome. I have to go buy season 6 it was amazing loved it!!!
So anyways I tell you what it wasnt till 9 till I got hungry and I will say this you can make a healthy meal in less then 10 mins. Lilly my sister was hungry and was like when and what are you cooking not in the mood to really slave over a stove I made a magical healthy meal in again less then 10 mins.
Hormel makes the turkey meals that feed 2-3 people which microwaves high in Protein low in carbs and fat and its awesome cause it had here it come GRAVY BABY yeah so I pop in the oven 5 mins later bam I let it sit I microwave some steamed green beans from green giant and then opened up a can of vegitarian Fat Free Baked Beans. By the time it was all said and done I had a great meal haha there is a picture for your eyes and again even when you dont feel like it you can make a healthy meal quicker then getting in your car to go pick up fast food or pizza.


So here I am writting this letting my food settle cause I have a pure cardio Insanity dvd to do. So I am asking myself have I seen any changes yet? The answer is I am not sure I did lose my 2.5 goal pounds last week lets pray when I weight in on Sat I am down again but still no loss of pant size and I havent really seen it yet but cant wait till I get to my 30 day mark.
Well world not much to say except I am about to go workout try to get Mr,Shallow off the brain and burn some calories and then shower and pass out hope I can sleep better then last night. GoodNight Everyone Dream Sweet

Insanity is Insane

Day 10 and Change doesnt come overnight

Hey Internet World,
I hope everyone had a great day. First I want to say each breath is a blessing.
Even when you feel like Shaun T takes every last one haha. Well another day I stick it out
for a goal that I have to remind myself wont take over night. Which is a reminder boy I tell you if there was a day I felt like I could go chow down on some choc cake and ice cream it was today.
Have you ever cared for someone but couldnt tell them because it wouldnt really matter. You dont
measure up to their standards which sometimes are freakin outrageous. I also wonder can people really change here I am working my ass off to lose weight which is def a change. He knew me a year ago to be this coca cola drinking no working out candy junkie and on top of that I was all out LAZY, but do men change? I know this already sounds confusing but I have a crush on someone I KNOW I could never satisfy which makes me crazy!!! I have seen him recently and even though he
is not a good guy to me or for me I still like him. He is a great man and he deserves a amazing woman but why is it the qaulities he looks for are superficial, Looks change I am living proof I was 20lbs heavier a few months ago and I am losing the rest now I wonder if I was just 20lbs lighter would I fit his perfect woman status. Hmmmmmm

So I wake up as usual 7:30 I wish I could get up at 5 am and hit the gym but I also wish I had someone to motivate me Tony and Shaun are not on my mind at that time in the morning but maybe after this round I will try to push myself to make that a goal. honestly I am lying I wont wake up to go to a gym solo at 5 am sorry not my style. but its a great thought. So anyways instead of my green tea I just start with my bottle of water and lipo 6. Which again I am into like 2 weeks of using this stuff I love it, I think this is one of the best products I have ever bought. I finally get to eat
9 am is around and then I get motivated and no lie since I am so sore from legs and back yesterday I do kempo that is my last resort dvd from p90x its easy fun and the kicks help me get lose for the rest of the day but there is no cure for sore glutes. It sounds funny but my butt hurts haha and so as I kick and burn a easy 680 calories I eat get this check it haha shrimp cocktail hmmm I know that wasnt what you expected uh. but was not in the mood for a protein shake and I didnt feel like a recovery drink and since I figured I might as well eat them I dont want them to go bad I mixed up some ketchup and horseradish and 9 little shrimp or what they call large but arnt and went on with my day I snacked on stuff but lunch kinda sucked I just ate my chicken salad. I had to make more today between yesterday and today I ate it all ,mhmmmm so I also ate some watermelon threw in some almonds and well I wasnt hungry really .
So I talk to my friend this afternoon and I am just going to pray to god tonight and I say this as advice to everyone pray to god to be loved the way you want to love that special someone,
Try to have the qualities you would expect. As we talk I just kept thinking to myself I will be thin fit healthy and a great catch for a wonderful man who will treat me amazing. Just have to wait for 20lbs to be gone it seems, To bad determination, independence and brains dont count lol.
who know I came home and started cooking dinner and I told my sister jump to it I needed something to take my mind off him. and guess what Shaun T thank you for making me feel like a man cares and wants to push me that keep going and faster faster was just what I needed, as
I bust my ass trying to keep up which I am still not doing great at and no lie I am already so tired I keep pushing and at least I can say One man Took my breath away. Trust me when its time to strech In my heads its time to go to the hospital lol joking but it feels good a pain that I cause , and hopefully will make me super hot! I guess if anyone reads this I am like every other girl I am insecure a hopless romantic who is full of love and dreams and If anyone knows me I am chasing dreams wait for my love to start chasing me. So after I pick myself up off the floor lilly says she is cramping I realize she really hadnt ate today cause she worked this am so I go grab dinner out the oven and I serve us walaaa if you wonder what the orange stuff is. Its my sweet potato chips Its a easy good carb I replace for rice when I am not in the mood for wild rice. So garlic roasted rosemary chicken and salad and chips Also Note I have drank like another gallon of water today which is like 8 gallons of water in like 2 weeks OMG :0. That is amazing for me you dont understand . CRAZY!



Well other then that my life is boring but at least I can say I have changed I normally would have stuffed cakein my mouth and cryed but instead I got fustrated and worked out. Thats a new me. I have changed have you?

Home away Home Day 9


Hey World Im back!! I first want to say sorry cause I have half assed this blog. When I went home it was hard to write it and well now that I got home I had a hard time adjusting right away. so lets go back to the normal routine of things and start with my you know I wake up take my lipo 6 and drink my green tea Monday was hard I barley ate. Today I got my butt back in gear around 8:45 am I had breakfast. It was a banana with 1 slice of toast along with my slice of chicken, spinach, and egg fritta. mhmm yumm. I then just watched some greys and started working on the video yes I got a video of some hard workout granted I look so silly. But 10:30 am comes I start working out I switched instead of doing p90x this morning I did my Insanity plyo circuit wow this is so hard.I have to take a bit of breaks I am not strong enough or stamina is not there yet not sure. But it def is a bit tougher then p90x in my thoughts so far. So after my workout which my heart rate monitor said I burned 750 calories so since I need to eat something I choose a activia yogurt but I added 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt. its got a funny taste so I mix it with other tasty yogurt so I get the protein and slowly get used to the taste of it. plus yogurt is a great recovery meal/drink it has good cars bad carbs good fat and bad plus its probiotics are very good for you. so I dont know about 2 hours go by. I finally get hungry for lunch.So I eat some chicken salad my chicken salad is a bit different my mom put me on it and oh my gosh I love it. Its one bag of frozen carrots,corn, peas and green beans they are usually frozen fresh. 1 1/2 chicken breast which you will not chop you will string it kinda pulling it apart like almost string cheese so then you add just a few spoons of lite lowfat mayo. now the secret to cooking this salad is the goya seasoning. now you will boil the chicken add about 2 to 3 good shakes its just boiling it wont hurt no matter how much you put in. So after the chicken is boiled add the veggies and let them boil for about 5 mins. and then drain both. then again mix it all together. I always add just one more shake of goya powder in the salad I stir and let cool for about 3 hours and after its a very healthy chicked garden salad. there is a picture if you wonder what it looks like. So then just kept drinking water snacked on some hard boiled egg whites and after started typing this blog. I have a boring life really I do. But while I watch some more greys anatomy I also have a workout I am mentally preparing for. I am going to do some legs and back again its my problem area. I need to shape it up which means I have to work it out it wont work itself out. so and the more I read cardio is great but weight training the more muscle you have/make the fat it will burn during your all day long activities. And no lie my abs I have been slacking the last week on workouts. so gonna get to it ................ So now that I feel like I am dying todays total of one plyo cardio circuit one legs and back and I will do some ab ripper x to right before bed. well world hope that starts gearing me up cause this weekend I am going to do my first shakeology cleanse. I still don't actually have it in hand lost the parcel key but post man said tomorrow he will give it to me so. I am going to have to take it light this weekend so I am going to go super hard all week I hope lol. Have a great night or day everyone :)

Day 8 Still going strong somewhat...

Hey world
Sorry been kinda gone for the last few days but weird my internet wireless router is messed but hey my xbox still works and I die with out netflix lol. but any ways this is going to be a short story but I have got my goal weight for the week but I am also a extra 2 days in to this week attached is a photo I WAS SO HAPPY.
2.5 pounds on the dot yay!!! and I havent really ate great but not super bad I have been keeping up with my water a gallon down every night I have to wake up early to drive my little man to school after that its The Harris YMCA and some serious hour of cardio and at least 30 mins of lifting Since I didnt get to work out today. I did have a reason I drove 7 hours and well I was just excited to hang out with my son I just took him to dinner and then came home read for 30 mins with him and then got him showered and ready for bed.
So my goal is since I left insanity with my sister who said she was going to do it and moms house isnt as insantiy space friendly I am going to gym it in the am and then after school jacob and I will go walk around freedom park he loves the train there and he actually walks around the lake and trail with me and enjoys it. So I am off to bed sorry for it being so short and not in detail but honestly as far as food I really just ate some cashews a kashi bar and then some ham and green beans red potatos and no lie I did cheat I had some banna pudding :( I am human thank god for my fat burner let hope it burned that lol.

Insanity is No Joke !




Hey Internet World,
Its Thursday Day 4 and boy I was so syked now scared omg!!!!! So lets get started
I wake up late cause again I am drinking a gallon + of water a day today almost 1 1/2 gallons :0 . So I wake up through the night peeing and then banging my knees and ankles into the bed and nightstands and tv lol. I was mess but I finally get up at
8 am I am try to get moving still kinda sore I grab a bottle of water take the dog out and then come back in to make green tea.
8:30 comes around I finally sit down with my tea and laptop and relax I am telling you I have to mentally prepare. I love these people who say working out it is just habit not me dude really If I could sit on my butt and see the results I'm getting I would but instead if I sit there I gain 20lbs so that's just not a option to sit there. but I wake my sister up for work and by this point I finally get a meal in me. 10 am I hate waking up late it messes my eating pattern up. I eat 2 of my protein bites they are about the size golf balls I usually take a knife split it half and its 4 oh so tasty mhmmmm. then I honestly don't like sausage or soy products unless well its soy nuts those are good.. anyways so I heat up 3 pieces of bacon and drink 6 oz of milk .
I put plyo in finally its like 12 and guess what theres a knock at the door... It Insanity yay!!!!!!!!! as I look at it I am so excited. I call my sister because she claims she is going to fo it with me haha lets see 20 bucks she don't last 2 weeks. 50 says 3 days . So I am totally distracted from workout its like 1 something at this point I make lunch and eat I had some left over chicken salad and a reg salad with just Romain lettuce bacon bits and cucumbers and light balsamic and a few wheat crackers. I pretty much at this point no lie do a whole lot of nothing. I decide to start cooking and preparing more food for tomorrow and sat. its easy to not go out and buy food when its already cooked. So then I take my lipo 6 around 5pm. and then I swear time started flying by I made dinner for my sister and I and we sat down and ate around 6:30 then my friend Josh text ed me out of the blue and good thing is he is trying to get back in shape too. so we can push each other I was short a workout and I knew Insanity was going to be the dvd I pop in I ask him if wants to go walk a quick 3.5 miles and we do it and good thing it warmed up my legs well not enough lol.
BTW I come and lilly is just laying on the couch lazy little thing as I grab a water bottle I start jumping up and down pumped to try Shaun out for the first time :) well here it is my first impression of Insanity......
41 mins pops up on the screen Shaun T there ready to work you out in a somewhat familiar setting a basketball court one like at the ymca or at school. looks easy so far wrong not even 2 mins in I was dying, I cant believe I thought I was in shape. I love plyometrics in p90x but let me tell you that aint got shit on the 40 min 3 routine 3x a piece omg lilly and I our legs the sweat omg I thought I was about to die. 1 move the ski abs wow thank god I tyred it. At first when he did it I was like no way I can do that lilly too, but nah I am trying dig deeper I get there and start jumping side to side and sweating like hell. I can tell you now if I dont lose 20lbs doing this workout set I don't know what will do it. This is hard core stuff all I know is when I was done I was like wow I am out of shape and whats crazy is I feel like I am in the best shape of my life. I quit smoking back in march. I have lost 18+ pounds and here I am 2 mins in wanting to roll on the floor. Tomorrow is Shoulder and arms and ab ripper x and insanity's cardio circuit. I better get some rest I also committed myself to another walk tomorrow as well so I am going to call it a night. Up there are some pictures of my for example dinner again tonight. The way I keep track of drink a gallon and well my insanity dvd set. ;)
I hope everyone had a great day and well the weekend is almost here. That doesn't mean slack off though health is a full time job.

Day 3 I am walking funny lol


Hey Internet World,
Well today is just about done for me thank goodness. I cant wait to go climb in my charger lol I mean bed. That's my new name for my bed charger and I renamed food to fuel. That way believe it or not I dint even think of junk food. Today was a rough one I felt like my charger wasn't working and sleep wasn't coming as easy as it usually does. So that started my day wacky.
7:45 I wake up and well for me that's weird I am up at no later then 7:30 normally and so anything after is sleeping in. well Wish I would have felt better after sleeping in but I didn't I was sore tired and kinda cranky. But good thing is I am a easy going person so one I roll off my bed and fall to the floor that forces me to move my muscles and pick myself up off the floor which if you could have seen me on all fours cussing the floor throwing my 5sec temper tantrum I pull myself up and quickly go take my lipo 6 with a half a bottle of water.I make my green tea and do my routine read my fav blog, aol ect and then this morning I was even more off track. I got to talk to my best friend who I love and adore :) but at this point we stop talking and I am like crap its already 10 and I during this whole conversation forgot to wake my sister up for work so I am being yelled at and well lipo 6 man it works. I was so not hungry But forced my chicken scramble down. thank god it was already cooked I just threw my turkey bacon in the microwave and instead of fresh juice I had about a half a cup of watermelon!! yummy.
Now so some of you may have been like bacon in the microwave whattttt... let me tell you I make the best crunchy unburnt tasty crispy bacon its so good
wrap 3 piece in a 2 paper towels and pop it in for 3 mins and bam like emerald would say.. Ha I get a kick out of myself writing this.
well anyways I am so sore you don't understand I take my dog out for the second time and I feel like I am walking funny.My legs oh god they are so tight lol
11:45 Comes around I do cardio x this morning I couldn't move enough to do any other dvd. I had to find a light but hard workout that would help get my muscles loosen and kempo or cardio are the best for tight legs usually I would kempo in the am but I did it day 1 so I just got the cardio knocked out well good thing because guess what I forget. The orkin guy came my landlord was having my apartment sprayed and I forgot so he comes to the door and I am soaking wet in sweat and red faced and well good thing I was done and trying to down my protein shake when I heard the knock at door. So he is here for like 20 mins or so and when he left thank god I needed a shower but will say the new secret scent expression deodorant boy after my workout I still smelled like a flower :)haha but Looks wise not so much.I sweat so bad!!!
So anyways I get on with my day run to the post office and then the bank and I just get my stuff done then get back to the house in time to meet lilly after work and eat lunch.
so its like late lunch again late head start messes my whole day up so lunch comes around 2:45-3 which is pretty late for me. but then I end up questioning if I should take my lipo 6 or eat. well since eating is a must I go ahead and do that and then I try to let it digest. I watch a bit of tv with lilly. as we listen to some tunes its like 4:00 I go take my lipo 6. I really love it so far as far as taking away the craving this works so well and ask my bestie I have spent some money on diet pills. Like I tryed Nuephdrine that costed me 90 bucks and guaranteed to burn 500 calories a day more and blah blah I don't know if that worked but this stuff. WOW. I have energy no hunger I have to force the food down and I am pumped during workout time and well I don't want to step on the scale till Sat or Sun so I wont know if anything has worked in the first week or not but still I like it so far.
Now 8 comes around its been busy and I don't even think about food so snack wasn't really in there but I stop by Kroger and well halibut fish is not a option unless Tony wants my ass in the ocean fishing for it and then skin and debone yea so I come home with salmon and not the kind I like I love wild caught fresh fish. I get the farm raised it all they had and well I didn't want tilapia again so I get the cooking and finally eat around 8pm wow so late and still I have to get a workout in I have a 2nd one to do AHHHHHHHH. I press save on the blog and get to it and by the way it almost 9:15 I had to let dinner digest which dinner oh salmon wild rice squash. yum yum anyways. so I work through kempo I know I did it on day one but it was that or plyometrics and let me tell you I am walking funny as is so jumping up and down isn't really a option and since kempo is fun its a great one to do at night if your like me sore and tired and I feel like it gives me a good stretch.Also If your like me the kicks help my problem areas my saddle bags all those side kicks and the front kicks are helping my tighten up the baby belly :) which is so awesome you can always lose weight but I have stretch marks and I am very insecure about them. So tighten up the lose skin is so very important. I don't know why I am so honest with this blog. I damn near cry ed when I told my real weight on here but hey Why lie that's only denial. So I at this point I am so tired and sweaty yuck!!!! its 10:45 I drink a protein shake and type the rest of this up. All I can say is I don't know how much weight or if I have lost weight yet this week but I will say I love the feeling I get after working out writing it here and when I press publish. Knowing I worked hard gave it all I have and knowing that there are other people with the same goal look good feel good and I want to be good at loving myself and this is my start. I love the way I feel and I hope you do out there, I hope that when your sitting there hot sweaty tired drinking your water after your workout while your breathing hard feel good about yourself and make sure you love yourself at that moment.Because that was you the one who pressed play or went to the gym and your the one who loved yourself enough to be committed to be healthy your the one who just busted your ass for something your not going to see over night. That's love for yourself! Like pam says I love myself!!!

Day 2 Had to push myself





Well today was day 2. I am so glad that its done and over with its getting hard now and its only the end of day 2. I was so sore this morning and I can tell you now I am going to be dying tomorrow. Ok so again I have a boring life....



7:30 am I woke up oh and struggled rolling out of bed I was kinda sore with yesterdays workout and plus didn't sleep so great. When you drink a gallon of water a day boy you wake up through the night I did. Maybe its cause I had to down the last 10oz before bed to make my goal :)



But anyways I took my lipo 6 and made some green tea. I like most people wake up and right after I have my tea in hand I sit down and check emails and get on facebook every morning drink my tea catch up on reading my fav blog of one of my fellow p90x grads we graduated together sorta say lol. But then I read aol homepage oh and during this time. I take the dog out and smell the fresh air and its so nice. also I cook tomorrows breakfast today that way its done and honestly The lipo 6 was taking away my hunger and perfect you will see in a sec
By that point though I was mentally prepared and its 8:00 am and I make my protein shake.

so the nutrition guide says a protein shake for breakfast and that's it,and well since I don't want to add berries and bananas to it. I switch it up add some plain Greek yogurt and little skim fat free milk and my choc whey protein. Well for future I am going to try vanilla flavored cause boy it needed something maybe its just me getting used to the Greek yogurt it does have a different taste then regular stuff.

so 8:30 comes around I am pumped I do my legs and back workout and I give it all I have my legs are tight. But I have to go hard when it comes to this workout its one of my problem areas. I have great calves but my thighs. I hate the top of them. so as Tony whips me in shape I am so tired but make it through the sneaky lunge the calf raises and I hate I really hate the chair pose. I bout roll over every time it just kills my legs.


one thing I don't do is the ab ripper during the day I dont know why but I love to do it before bed.


10:00am is here recovery drink it is. after that its shower and get on with my day I cant just sit here and workout all day so I go to bank run my errands ect.



pretty boring life. My sister was off today we live together which is nice to bad she cant stand workout tapes she wont do p90x with me .so I don't even bother trying to push her. My Mom goes at it harder. which I wish I could have recorded that. My mom doing cardio x with me it was awesome at 55 she was keeping up with me but anyways . We sat around watched some tv cooked lunch late because I had to fit a snack in and since I had a recovery drink . I couldn't really just drink a protein shake back to back. so I had that around 12:00 well around 1:30 I ate lunch. made the stir fry with chicken though not shrimp and ate the left over wild rice. instead of cashews and sunflower seeds.



3:00 pm take lipo 6 and start typing this blog. During the day I also do a lot of research on weight loss and recipes. but right now I am just following the p90x nutrition guide and drinking one gallon of water a day. I don't want to mess up and fall off track. so no point in trying anything else till I have to. I did make my own protein bars. They are so yummy I have given them to some friends and they fell in love and can save some money and great healthy snack.

1 HALF A JAR NATURAL CRUNCHY PEANUT BUTTER



1 CUP DRIED CRANBERRIES



1 CUPS ALMONDS (NO SALT)



1 CUP SUNFLOWER KERNELS



1 CUP DRIED OATS


HALF THE PINT CARTON CUP OF HEAVY WHIPPED CREAM







I mix it all together and I make them into like little balls almost like the candy Rochette . Stick it in the fridge in a glad container and after about 2 hours there you go.


3 is a serving size and honestly it taste like candy to me:) will post some pics tomorrow yum yum

So anyways....
5:something came around I still had a workout I needed to get done so I got some cardio x in which I love its so short to me I always feel like the yoga is part of the warm up. By the time that's done there is like 26 mins left and that just flys by..
Now here is the part where I feel guilty. I wish I could say I went for my run but I couldn't I was so tired and sore at this point. Instead I got my behind in the kitchen. I got a good deal on fish at the market so instead of turkey for dinner I had that tilapia left. I cooked it. I shop for deals P90x its not a cheap program but things that work rarely are. So they had a pound for 3.99 that was 4 fillets so that is dinner for 2 nights for my sister and I :) we threw some spinach and miso soup and that hit the spot. Food gets costly I do often find myself replacing lean meats hint shrimp/ chicken at lunch and dinner too. As long as its a lean small portion you should be fine.
So I was done eating at 8 and again to tired to run so I watched some tv. I wrote this and in about a hour. I will find myself asleep recovering from a hard workout and day.
Thank God I pushed Play I feel so much better when I do. I feel productive and sore :)

Day 1 Down :)




Hey Internet World,
Well Day 1 is now down thank god 59 more to go. But I have to say today getting in the swing of it was easy. Maybe I feel like its that great time of the year with the season turning into fall. Which is one of my favorite seasons. I love the clothes and the smell in the air the leaves turning into such pretty colors anyway I can ramble on about a season lol. So lets go through my day.





My life is kinda boring lol. I wake up yes its bright outside its 7:25am and I feel pumped day 1 of my challenge day 1 is always the easiest day 45-60 are the hard ones :) but I instantly jump out of bed and start my day with some Green Tea from Liptions I bought the acai berry and blueberry Green Tea. I dont add sugar or honey or anything and the sweet smell it was delightful mhmm waked up the senses. Then before I knew it was 8:25 I had some spinach and mushroom frittata it was awesome and then a cup of watermelon. I love me some watermelon. I guess from there I didnt give it long cause at 8:50 I got to kicking some a$$ with KempoX. I love Tony Horton he just moves me. Since I havent got my insanity and I couldnt really wait due to my cruise I figured I would just do doubles of p90x till I can replace one of the p90x workouts with insanity :) but back to Tony I just love him and cant wait till I drop all my weight . Once I do I am going to meet him . Thank him personally I swear we will have spent more time together then any man in the last year that is kinda sad too but hey now he inspires me :)










Ok so 9:50 came around and I drank my recovery drink which had to get some advice from a friend on which came in handy and I think she is so right. I am only going to for now drink the recovery drink on weight training days. granted its good but to much sugar or since I gave up soda and sweet tea so I felt kinda sluggish after for about 20 mins I was super full from a bottle of water through workout to so 10:18 came around I went for my run. Now I say run but no lie I walk run walk I do 5 miles and I run about 2-3 I walk the rest. I start with a brisk run for the first mile then after I try to do sprints walk 4 laps run 1 lap walk 4laps run 1 lap then walk 3 laps run 2laps. That way I feel like I am pushing my body to work hard or at least I am listening to what my fitness magazine say lol. So I get done at around 11:45 at this point I am freaking tired I burned a bunch of calories and have busted my butt with a good workout its back to food.



I made this amazing salad I have got pretty good at it by now. I had 2 1/2 cups of romain salad I love romain. I added 1 egg 2tbls of real bacon bits 2tbls of shreeded cheese and I should have mention this early I am a lazy cook I love to do it but not at lunch everyday so I grilled on the forman some chicken breast sunday night so that I could eat with meals lean protein. again I saw a friend do it and it does help. I popped one in the microwave chopped it up threw it in the salad. I put a little light balsamic vingar in and downed it with a bottle of water. mhmmmm yummy.




throwing in a snack was tough but again I love this season on hand I had some pumpkin seeds this is a great snack it is high in protein low in carbs high in iron cant go wrong! well you could but as far as I am concerned I kinda needed the calories. and its high in that one serving it 280 omg.but if your like them I got them at the dollar store .


well here to give you a idea I am 5"10 todays current weight 183.7lbs I have some very stubborn baby fat I have to get rid of and the first round of p90x really just got me in shape I was 200 when I started back in march p90x round 1 I lost a bit of weight but 15lbs and gained some serious strength and stamina and it made me in overall better shape. This round I hope to lose some of the stubborn belly fat and thighs thats why I am doing the doubles and I brought the fat burner in lipo6 .I feel like p90x built all this muscle under what I have and if I can just shed this stuff on top there is a sexy woman under who is so toned lol. I feel like I have rock hard legs and abs and arms lol this was my ranting ok sorry back to stats so 5"10 183.7 my goal is 163.7 and if I can get oh so lucky to just be a awesome 160 will make me estatic. now for the record anyone who has seen me wouldnt know I weighed this much. I have to say that. So

lets talk about the fat burner since I have talked about food and workouts so far. This Lipo 6 I am very impressed normally I would say that I feel like there is a jittery feeling or headaches or feeling sick to my stomach this one I had no problem with. So far its day 1 no side effects. I did feel a increase in energy and really just praying to see if it attackes the fat like it says so.
I bought it at gnc its was 44.99 and got to love gnc if you dont like it save the receipt the will give you a refund. Worst thing you can do is not try it espically if you have done a round of p90x and didnt see the results you want. I do have to mention that our bodies are all different we will not lose weight just like s0meone else will. I know for a fact so dont compare yourself. Or you will stres yourself out and it will cost you yes cost you your sweet tiny flat belly because or cortsol It is a hormone released by stress and cause you to retain stubborn belly fat. I think that might have been a reason too for round 1 I was so worried about why my body was doing the same as someother people that I would follow it damned near stressed me out everyday now I just sit back and say well it will come off its has to. if I work out and eat right and use the fat burner it has too and well thank god it sept no more stress of bikini season. I am motivated by my cruise not stressed by it. So Try the fat burner if you feel you need a extra little jump in that department.

5:30 work out and do core synergestics I feel like that way if I can get it out of the way I wont have to worry about it later then basically ate dinner at 7:30 and that was my day cause I followed the p90x nutrition guide to T! which I was proud of and then I played some xbox then I showered and went bed yay!!! if you are doing p90x or insanity just push play its not easy but like Tony says its not suppose to be!!!!
