Hey world
Sorry been kinda gone for the last few days but weird my internet wireless router is messed but hey my xbox still works and I die with out netflix lol. but any ways this is going to be a short story but I have got my goal weight for the week but I am also a extra 2 days in to this week attached is a photo I WAS SO HAPPY.
2.5 pounds on the dot yay!!! and I havent really ate great but not super bad I have been keeping up with my water a gallon down every night I have to wake up early to drive my little man to school after that its The Harris YMCA and some serious hour of cardio and at least 30 mins of lifting Since I didnt get to work out today. I did have a reason I drove 7 hours and well I was just excited to hang out with my son I just took him to dinner and then came home read for 30 mins with him and then got him showered and ready for bed.
So my goal is since I left insanity with my sister who said she was going to do it and moms house isnt as insantiy space friendly I am going to gym it in the am and then after school jacob and I will go walk around freedom park he loves the train there and he actually walks around the lake and trail with me and enjoys it. So I am off to bed sorry for it being so short and not in detail but honestly as far as food I really just ate some cashews a kashi bar and then some ham and green beans red potatos and no lie I did cheat I had some banna pudding :( I am human thank god for my fat burner let hope it burned that lol.
Well good night all and btw look forward to a video I am creating next week it will have a bunch of clips from different Insanity circuits and some p90x lifting :) ITS ME BRING IT!!! Anyways Good night again
